Due to our limited space, donations are limited to 6 bags or boxes per day. We are also asking that for the safety of our staff and volunteers, these bags and boxes weigh NO MORE than 25lbs. We appreciate your generosity and understanding.

What items do you NOT accept?
Do you accept Furniture?
We do not accept furniture. You can call North West Furniture Bank in Tacoma. Their number is 253-302-3868 address is 117 Puyallup Ave, Tacoma, WA 98421
Where can I take my donation for The Nook?
Items can be brought to St. Francis House and then we will send them to The Nook
When can I shop? I missed my shopping day
You can shop on the day and time that is on the front of your card.
Tuesday or Thursday 10:30 am , 12:00 pm, or 1:30 pm
Friday 6:30 pm or 8:00 pm
How do I become a new client?
If you are housed – To register you can come in Tuesday or Thursday before 1:15 pm or Friday before 7:15 pm. We ask that you bring a photo ID, a piece of mail, and proof of income.
If you are unhoused – Come in Tuesday at 2:30 pm with a photo ID
