Christmas & Holiday Gift Giving

“Christmas Corner” — Holiday Gift Giving Programs

At St. Francis House, we are a center of compassionate presence and service, offering hope and easing the hardships of those in need in East Pierce County. Our commitment is especially evident through our holiday programs, where we strive to bring joy and relief to families during the festive season.

Our Holiday Impact

Gifts for Children: This year, over 1,300 children will receive new gifts, bringing smiles and joy to young hearts during the holiday season.

Holiday Meals: We provide holiday meals to families struggling with day-to-day food insecurity, ensuring they can celebrate with a festive meal.

Family Adoption Program: Through this program, we match families in need with generous businesses and community members. This year, 65 local businesses, families, and organizations adopted 86 households, positively impacting 142 adults and 313 children.

How You Can Help

Donate Gifts
Your generous donation of new, unwrapped gifts can make a child’s holiday special. Drop off locations are available throughout the community.

Monetary Contributions
Financial donations allow us to purchase gifts and holiday meal items, ensuring no family is left out. Every dollar helps us extend our reach to more families.

Volunteer
Volunteers are crucial to the success of our holiday programs. You can help by:

  • Sorting and wrapping gifts
  • Assisting with gift distribution events
  • Helping prepare and distribute holiday meals

Family Adoption
Join our Family Adoption program by adopting a family. Provide them with gifts and necessities for the holidays, and make their season brighter.
